Fast internet for everyone, with a backup line for outages. For private rooms, a dedicated line with dedicated IP addresses is available on demand at extra charge. The IP addresses are licensed to Prosigns and are for lawful business use only.

8 hours of electricity backup. Power cuts usually last one hour at most.
Guards on duty
A fully secure building with night guards on duty, so your team can work late with peace of mind.

Cameras outside and inside the office keep an eye on entrances, corridors and common areas.

Fill in our short onboarding form and send the documents it lists.
Sign and pay
Sign the terms, then pay your first month and the security deposit.
Move in
Your team starts on the agreed date, with the line and the room ready.
What is the minimum commitment?
The minimum term is 3 months. After that, it continues month to month and either side can end it with 30 days written notice.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are 11 AM to 5 AM. Within them, you can use the space for 10 to 12 hours a day, Monday to Friday, on the day shift or night shift. Saturday use needs our permission.
Can we get dedicated internet and IP addresses?
Yes, for private rooms, on demand and at extra charge. A dedicated line comes with dedicated IP addresses used only by your staff. The IP addresses are licensed to Prosigns and are provided for lawful business use only. We also keep a backup line for outages, which is not dedicated. If your team makes calls or uses VoIP, you are responsible for following PTA rules.
What do the day passes cost?
A day pass is PKR 1,200 per day, and a weekend pass is PKR 1,500 per day. A 5-day pass is PKR 4,000 for five days, Monday to Friday only, which is PKR 800 per day. University students with valid student proof pay PKR 500 for a day pass.
How does the student day pass work?
University students with valid student proof pay PKR 500 for a day pass instead of the regular PKR 1,200. Please show your student proof when you arrive.
Is tea included?
Private room teams get one cup of tea per person per day. Extra tea or coffee, and tea or coffee for shared seats, is charged extra.
Is there parking and backup power?
Yes to both. Parking is available, and the building has 8 hours of electricity backup. Power cuts usually last one hour at most.
What do we need to get started?
A short onboarding form and a few documents, such as your company registration, NTN, the signatory's CNIC and your staff list. We will send you the full list.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, one month's fee, returned when you move out as set out in our terms. Taxes apply to the monthly fee.
